Items are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us (info@ecekocal.com) within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for next steps.

Color tones and print details may vary slightly due to screen differences and the printing process. These variations are expected and do not qualify as defects.

Shipping costs for approved returns are covered only in the case of damaged or defective items.

Personalised items are none refundable.
